Kälberhütte | Alpe Zanders
The hike starts in Spiss and follows trail no. 3 toward the Kälberhütte. At the Bannwald junction, continue along the forest path, passing the Kälberhütte, until you reach Fließer Alm at 2,003 m. Here, cheese and butter are still made in the traditional way – a delightful culinary stop along the way. The return follows the Zanderbach stream back to Spiss, passing vast fields of alpine roses and enjoying the fresh mountain air. A relaxed hike combining nature, scenic views, and traditional alpine culture.
