All glacier tours are designated as alpine routes - this means you are in high-alpine, open terrain, partly on ice and scree. The trails are not hiking trails in the usual sense and may have exposed, unsecured walking and climbing passages with a risk of slipping and falling. Suitable equipment is mandatory. Please never undertake these tours on your own. Always ask a local mountain guide about the current alpine conditions beforehand!
