Consumer survey on the use of climate-friendly on-site mobility options in ski resorts
Project goal: Establishing the foundations for digitalising on-site mobility in tourism regions
To establish these foundations, customers at the Kaunertal Glacier were surveyed on this topic — in what became known as the 'Gondola Conversations'
Guests were surveyed during their ski day at the Kaunertal Glacier on the following topics:
- What motivating and inhibiting factors exist for the use of climate-friendly on-site mobility options?
- What digital solutions are currently being used or would be desirable?
