Our old mill was already mentioned in writing in 1856, until today, cereals are still being milled here in the show company. In the summer months, the women farmers bake bread here - a cultural highlight that you must have tried! Since its restoration in 1998, the sawmill is not only fully functional, it has also been declared a cultural monument.
Greit sawmill closed due to restoration work in summer 2025 - the mill can be visited during regular opening hours.
