Verpeilalm

This challenging route starts at the gravel car park just before the Quellalpin in the Kaunertal. From here, cycle into the valley towards Feichten, crossing a wooden bridge and then turning left. After the Hotel Lärchenhof, keep to the right. The path is tarmacked at the start, but after a few metres the surface changes to gravel. Now follow the forest track and keep left at the first junction. Continue along the path. If you wish, you can stop off briefly at the Adlerblick viewing platform and enjoy the view of the Kaunertal. You can cycle as far as the Verpeilalm (unmanned). If you then wish to continue on to the Verpeilhütte, you can do so on foot.
