Free ski lessons for children in the Tyrolean Kaunertal
Immerse yourself in the "January & March fairytale" in the Kaunertal! From January 19 to 22, 2025, March 16 to 19, 2025 & from March 23 to 26, 2025 we offer free ski courses for children. Exclusively for guests staying at least 5 days in Kaunertal, Fendels, Kauns or Kaunerberg. Experience unforgettable winter moments and perfect your skiing skills amidst the breathtaking Alpine scenery.
Period & conditions
At selected times, there is a free ski course for all children aged 3 or 4 to 6. The free ski course is offered at Winterberg Fendels and on the Kaunertal Glacier.
Winterberg Fendels
- Period: 19.01.-22.01.2025 | 16.03.-19.03.2025
- Location: Winterberg Fendels
- Price: free of charge for children from 3 to 6 years
- Schedule:
Children 4 -6 years: 2 hours each from 10:00 am to 12:00 pm
Children 3 years: from 10:00 a.m. to 11:00 a.m.

- Promotion only valid for guests staying in the Kaunertal, Kauns, Kaunerberg or Fendels region for at least 5 days.
Kaunertal Glacier
- Period: 23.03.-26.03.2025
- Price: free of charge for children up to 6 years
- Schedule: Children 4 -6 years: 2 hours each from 10:30 am to 12:30 pm

While the children make their first turns in the snow, parents can enjoy the extensive range of activities around Feichten. Whether cross-country skiing on the 20 km of perfectly groomed trails, or tobogganing, winter hiking, or simply relaxing in the indoor pool and in the rooftop sauna of the Quellalpin, nothing stands in the way of a wonderful winter day in the Kaunertal.
