Ibex Wall and Black Ibex
Perfect conditions for everyone on the Kaunertal Glacier — from beginners hitting the slopes for the first time to seasoned thrill-seekers. It features the longest descent with over 1,100 vertical meters from the Karlesjoch mountain station to the valley station Ochsenalm. Even experienced skiers and snowboarders will have to dig deep for this one. A special highlight along the route: the Ibex Wall with a gradient of over 75%. Before that, all winter athletes pass the 175-metre long ski tunnel.
And that's not all! Particularly brave skiers rush down the Black Ibex slope - the steepest slope in Europe, with a gradient of over 87.85%. Steeper even than the famous Streif in Kitzbühel. Feel the adrenaline rush!

The family ski area at Fendels
One ski resort is not enough for you? The small but beautiful Fendels is right next door and is extremely popular with families.
