Five races in five days through five adventure areas of Terra Raetica!

A completely new format in trail running, somewhat reminiscent of the Tour de France. You run the most beautiful trail running routes in the 5 adventure regions of Kaunertal, Tiroler Oberland, Engadin, Nauders, and Reschensee – all between 15 and 27 km and 1100 and 1700 meters of elevation gain. There is certainly no other event that offers such scenic and varied routes. An absolute highlight for every trail runner.

TRT is particularly impressive due to its event and festival character. There are 5 races in 5 days through 5 adventure areas of the “Terra Raetica” to run and experience.

The 3-country corner offers the best conditions for trail running “on the top.”

“Unique running gems on almost untouched trails amidst countless 3000-meter peaks are very rare,” enthuse the route designers about the conditions in the 3-country corner. And in addition to the scenic attractions, the exciting historical and cultural environment of the “Terra Raetica” is a novelty in the trail scene.

Five individual races, five individual rankings, and one overall ranking!

Between 15 and 27 km with 1,100 to 1,700 meters of elevation gain must be conquered per race until the winners smile from the podium at the end of the week. However, it is also possible to participate in just one race. The following races will take place at a uniform start time of 9:30 a.m. each day:

June 30 Feichten: Thomas Penz Höhenweg

July 1 Pfunds: Frudiger Trail

July 2 Samnaun: Samnaun Trail

July 3 Nauders: Nauderer Höhenweg

July 4 Graun: Reschensee Trail

Tour Festival of Short Distances with “Green Guide”
As usual, the tour will start in the Kaunertal valley. It will continue via the Tyrolean Oberland and Nauders to Samnaun and then on to the destination, Lake Reschen. 
The locations for the daily events have been chosen so that nothing stands in the way of a tour festival of short distances in the truest sense of the word.
The transfer times between the individual locations are very short and can also be easily reached by public transport.
A “Green Guide” will also be available in good time for the festival, providing participants with tips for sustainable travel to and within the region during the week.
