Every Thursday, bread is baked in the newly built oven on the castle grounds.
Experience traditional bread baking up close! In the historic Klausenturm, fresh bread is baked in a wood-fired oven using time-honored craftsmanship.
From 8:30 a.m. to 11:30 a.m., you can watch the baker at work and see how the loaves are shaped, baked in the wood-fired oven, and then taken out of the oven.
A special experience for anyone who loves traditional craftsmanship and the aroma of freshly baked bread.
Starting at 12:00 p.m., bread will also be available for purchase while supplies last.
