Accessible cross-country skiing

On the Nordic trail of winter.

Kaunertal is becoming a more and more accessible high mountain valley. It is surely unique for a mountain valley in the High Alps to be entirely wheelchair-accessible up to 3,108 m above sea level! Four certified cross-country trails in the valley have already been awarded the seal of quality. Trained instructors can help you test the special cross-country sleighs on blue and red trails.

In Kaunertal, 4 certified trail routes await “cross-country lugers” - running from Platz district to Grasse district.

  1. Kaser trail, 1.9 km
  2. Feichten trail, 3.2 km
  3. Exercise trail Hotel Weisseespitze, 500 m
  4. Grasse trail, 2.5 km

In cooperation with Kaunertal businesses, cross-country sleighs were ordered to offer sports fans an extensive service. Trained cross-country instructors can help you test these on blue and red trails. Enjoy!
